Order Processing Time

We process and ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving it.
Orders placed after 5.30 PM or during weekends will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please note that the shipping times mentioned below are estimates and do not include the processing time. Actual delivery time may vary depending on holidays, customs clearance, and local postal services.

Note: We do not ship to APO, DPO, or PO boxes, and we do not support shipping to forwarding addresses.


Shipping Warehouses

To maximize shipping efficiency, we operate from multiple warehouse locations.
Orders are dispatched based on destination, product availability, size, or weight:

  • Orders within the USA are shipped from our US warehouse.
  • Orders within Germany and some parts of Europe are shipped from our German warehouse.
  • Orders in the UK are shipped from our UK warehouse.
  • Orders from other regions are typically shipped from our China warehouse.

If the item is out of stock in your local warehouse, it will be shipped from China without further notice.

Customs & Import Duties

Depending on your country’s import policies, customs duties or taxes may apply.
These are determined by local customs regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We will declare a reasonable product value to minimize duties whenever possible.

If the buyer fails to complete customs clearance or refuses to pay customs duties, resulting in a failed delivery or return, a refund will not be issued.
