At TekXYZ, we strive to deliver a satisfying experience with every product you receive. However, if for any reason the product isn’t right for you, we understand that a return, exchange, or refund may be necessary—and we’re truly sorry it came to that.
Please read the following policy carefully before submitting a request. When you place an order on our site, you automatically agree to our terms, conditions, and policies without exception. It’s your responsibility to ensure you understand when and how your rights apply. TekXYZ reserves the right to accept or reject any return or refund request.
This Return & Refund Policy is issued in accordance with customer protection laws and e-commerce regulations applicable in the European Union (EU), the United States, mainland China, and TekXYZ’s brand values.

Note: Due to the nature of digital products—especially one-time-use QR codes or license keys—all sales are final and non-refundable.
Return & Refund
30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (for Physical Products Only)
All TekXYZ physical products (excluding digital items) come with a 30-day risk-free guarantee. If the product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking info), provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and undamaged.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the product is defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Before initiating a return, we may require photos or videos of the product. If signs of excessive wear or misuse are evident, your return request will be denied. Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address. Do not return products to the original shipping warehouse without our confirmation—otherwise, your refund will be rejected.
Once your package is received, we will process your refund for the product only (excluding round-trip shipping fees) within standard working hours (Mon–Fri).
Note: If your purchased item includes a QR code or app invite key, any related app access will be revoked once the return process begins.
Return Denials
TekXYZ will reject return/refund requests under the following circumstances:
- Digital product purchases (QR codes, license keys, etc.)
- Return request made more than 30 days after delivery
- Missing or damaged original accessories, packaging, or user manual
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, or altered/forged receipts
- Product damage caused by modification, misuse, liquid/sand/oil exposure, or improper installation
- Damage due to accidents (e.g. collisions, fire, water, earthquakes, traffic damage)
- Products not shipped back within 7 days of return confirmation
- Items not returned in accordance with TekXYZ’s customer service instructions
- Any other scenario that violates this Return Policy

Return & Exchange
You may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days if you experience the following:
1. Defective Product or Invalid QR Code
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains a non-working QR code, please contact us at support@tekxyz.com with photos/screenshots.
Once confirmed, and after you provide return tracking info, we will resend the item.

2. Missing or Lost Item in Package
If any item is missing from your delivery, contact us with evidence. We’ll verify with the carrier and may request you contact your local delivery provider for documentation.
Once verified, we will resend the missing product.

3. Quality Issues
If the product breaks, cracks, or fails under normal usage within 30 days of receipt (excluding misuse), email us with pictures and we’ll resend the item.

Note: TekXYZ is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address input by the customer.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of purchase at support@tekxyz.com using the subject line: [Order Cancellation Request + Your Order Number]
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You’ll need to refuse the delivery and TekXYZ will deduct shipping and restocking fees upon return. If refusal fails, you must ship it back at your own cost.
High-risk Orders:
Our system automatically detects potentially fraudulent orders. If you receive an order cancellation notice shortly after purchase, your order was likely flagged.
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 3–15 business days, depending on your bank.
