• The QR code inside your box unlocks full app functionality.
• Without activation, you can only use the app in Guest Mode.
• In Guest Mode:

1. You can only browse the app
2. You can not join or play any game modes
3. Tapping on any game mode will ask you to unlock the full feature.

There are currently two options to unlock the TekXYZ app’s full features. Here are those two options:

• Option 1: App access pass.
• Option 2: Amazon, Walmart or TekXYZ order number.

• Inside your TekXYZ package, look for the App Access Pass.
• The QR code is printed clearly on the card.
• Keep this card safe—the QR code is unique to your product.

• Check your order on the device you used to purchase the TekXYZ reflex ball. 
• Go to order details and find out the order number.

STEP 1 — Install the TekXYZ App

Option 1: Scan code on the package

• Scan the QR code outside of the Package to download the App. 
• Download and install the App according to your device O.S.
  

Option 2: Search on App store or Play store

• Visit the App store or Play store according to your device OS.
• Search ‘’TekXYZ’’ and install the app.

STEP 2 — Register an Account

1. Input all the information required on the registration page.
2. Verify your email by a code sent to your email address.

After you are done with registration, the app will automatically take you to the tutorial page, from there you can watch the tutorial or click Home to visit Homepage.

STEP 3 — Unlock the feature

Option 1:(by App Access Pass)

1. Scan the App Access Pass - provided inside the box .
2. Now you will see a confirmation message and full features will unlock instantly.

Option 2:(by order number)

1. Go to your order details on your device.
2. Copy the order number. 
3. Go back to the Unlock page and submit the number in Option 2.
4. Now you will see a confirmation message and full features will be unlocked instantly.

STEP 4 — Complete Activation

Scan the QR code - provided inside the box.

You will now see a confirmation message and full features will unlock instantly.

• Track hits, combos, timing, and performance
• Join prize events and opportunity to win reward
• Enjoy sound feedback and in‑app coaching

• You remain in Guest Mode
• All game buttons remain locked
• When tapped on games, they lead you to the Unlock Page, 
• No training sessions or game progress will be saved

• QR code not scanning?
  Clean the QR with a soft cloth
  Increase room lighting
  Ensure camera lens is clean
• QR already used?
  Contact support with your order number
• Camera permission denied?
  Go to phone settings → enable camera access

If your QR code is damaged or unreadable:

• Contact TekXYZ Support: support@tekxyz.com
• Provide your order ID and a photo of the activation card.
