STEP 1 — Adjust String Length

1. Stand in a natural posture .
2. Hold the string from the middle of the forehead to just below of belly button.(Recommended)
3. Cut off the extra string(be sure to measure the length perfectly before you do this).

STEP 2 — Attach Ball to Headband

Tie the slip-knot with the Hook (attached with) the Headband.

Cut off any extra string for a smooth experience.

1. Play with this amazing creation of TekXYZ when the sun says goodbye and darkness says hi.
2. If the glowing effect is not bright enough, turn on  the UV Flashlight and hover the light all over the ball for 20-30 seconds evenly and let the ultimate magic begin.
   [ Note: The UV torch included in the package does not come with AAA batteries due to safety regulations. Please insert one AAA battery before use.]

• Throw light punches to test rebound.
• Adjust string length if speed feels too fast or slow.

• Start with soft jabs
• Keep eyes on the ball
• Focus on rhythm, not power
• Train in short sessions

• Ball hits face → Lengthen the string
• String tangles → Let string unwind fully
• Headband slips → Tighten or reposition
• Ball too fast → Increase string length

• Wipe ball after use
• Keep string dry
• Avoid direct heat or sunlight
• Store inside pouch
