Follow the instructions to fill in your order information and select your payment method. We will ship your TekXYZ products within 48 hours after receiving your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email with the subject line “[Your Order Number] Order Cancellation Request” to support@tekxyz.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Our customer service team will process your request and complete the refund.
Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to contact the logistics carrier to refuse delivery of your package, and TekXYZ will charge a return shipping fee.

If you have an TekXYZ account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you canfind the order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order.

If the package cannot be delivered or returned normally because the buyer does not cooperate with customs clearance/payment of customs duties, Refund won't be processed if the buyer doesn’t complete customs. Buyers can neither receive the product nor refund finally.
