How to Use TekXYZ App

This guide explains how to activate the full features of the TekXYZ App using the QR code inside your package. Activation is required to unlock all game modes.
WHY ACTIVATION IS IMPORTANT

The QR code inside your box unlocks full app functionality.

Without activation, you can only use the app in Guest Mode.

In Guest Mode:

You can only browse the app
-
You can not join or play any game modes
-
Tapping on any game mode will ask you to unlock the full feature.
WHERE TO FIND THE QR CODE
-
Inside your TekXYZ package, look for the App Access Pass.

The QR code is printed clearly on the card.
-
Keep this card safe—the QR code is unique to your product.

HOW TO UNLOCK YOUR APP
STEP 1 — Install the TekXYZ App

Scan the QR code on the Package to download the App, or simply search the app TekXYZ in Google Play or App Store.

Download and install the App according to your device O.S.

STEP 2 — Register an Account
Register an account with your e-mail if you don’t have any.
STEP 3 — Log in
Log in with your E-mail and password.
After you log in by providing the correct email and passwords there will be a page for Unlocking all the features.

STEP 4 — Complete Activation
Scan the QR code - provided inside the box.
You will now see a confirmation message and full features will unlock instantly.

Unlock the Full Version of the App

Track hits, combos, timing, and performance

Access challenges, streaks, and rankings

Enjoy sound feedback and in‑app coaching

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DON’T ACTIVATE

You remain in Guest Mode

All game buttons remain locked

When tapped on games, they lead you to the QR Activation Page,

No training sessions or game progress will be saved

TROUBLESHOOTING ACTIVATION

QR code not scanning?

Clean the QR with a soft cloth

Increase room lighting
-
Ensure camera lens is clean

QR already used?
-
Contact support with your order number

Camera permission denied?

Go to phone settings → enable camera access
